China Quality Award Administrative Measures Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated to improve the national quality award system, standardize the evaluation and management of the China Quality Award, and comply with the relevant provisions of the "PRC Product Quality Law."
The second China Quality Award is the honor given by the state to organizations and individuals in the field of quality.
Article 3 The China Quality Award is divided into two awards, namely the China Quality Award and the China Quality Award Nomination Award, which is selected once every two years. Article 4 The selection of the China Quality Award follows the principles of voluntary application, no fees, and scientific, open, fair and just principles.

Article 12: Declaration organizations and reporting individuals may submit application materials through the following units:

Chapter 5 Dispute Handling Article 35 Any entity or individual who disagrees with the award of the China Quality Award may submit it to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

Objections should be raised in real names.
