When taking linear guides directly with hands, it is necessary to thoroughly wash off sweat from hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before operation. Special attention should be paid to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer. Keep linear guides and their surrounding environment clean. Even tiny invisible dust entering the guides can increase wear, vibration, and noise of the guides. Linear guides must be installed carefully. Strong stamping is not allowed, direct hammering on the guides is prohibited, and it is forbidden to transmit pressure through rolling elements. For linear guides, use suitable and accurate installation tools. It is advisable to use special tools as much as possible, and strictly avoid using items such as cloth and short fibers.  Start by using assembly screws to loosely secure the linear guide’s bottom datum plane to the bed’s bottom mounting surface. Next, clamp the slide rail’s side datum plane against the bed’s side mounting surface with a vice to set the rail’s position. After that, use a torque wrench to tighten the fixing screws in order, applying a specified torque to ensure the rail’s bottom datum plane sits firmly against the bed’s bottom mounting surface. Set the linear gauge between the two linear guides. Use a dial indicator to align the gauge so it runs parallel to the reference side rail’s side datum plane. Then, use this gauge to align the driven side rail. Begin alignment from one end of the driven rail and tighten the assembly screws in sequence with the specified torque. Secure the two reference side sliders to a measuring platform, leaving just one slider on the driven side. At this point, neither the rail nor the slider should be fixed to the bed or platform. Attach a dial indicator to the top of the driven side slider and use it to measure the slider’s side datum plane. Start aligning from one end of the driven linear guide, tightening the assembly screws in order with the specified torque as you go. Fasten the two reference side rail sliders and one driven side rail slider to the platform. Then, loosely attach the driven side rail and its remaining slider to the bed and platform, respectively. Move the platform while using the reference side rail as a guide. Starting from one end of the rail, check the driven side rail’s rolling resistance as you tighten the assembly screws in sequence with the specified torque. Use specialized tools to position the driven side rail, then tighten the assembly screws in sequence with the specified torque.  Linear Guideways,Linear Guide Rail,Linear Guide Bearing,Bearing Linear Guide Suzhou Industrial Park Hojama Technology Co., Ltd , https://www.hojamax.comHojama High-accuracy Linear Guideways

The concept of building a car is introduced into the shipbuilding production of Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry>
Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. has taken a bold step by integrating automobile manufacturing principles into its shipbuilding processes. In the first half of this year, the company delivered 14 vessels, surpassing its initial target and achieving an industrial output value of 7.86 billion yuan—an impressive 31% increase compared to the same period last year. The shipbuilding tonnage reached 1.236 million deadweight tons, marking a 58.7% growth. To meet the rising demand, the company recently revised its production plan, signaling a significant acceleration in the second half of the year.
The introduction of streamlined production lines has transformed traditional shipbuilding methods. Five key production lines now operate with greater efficiency, reducing cycle times and optimizing resource allocation. By reorganizing the layout and focusing on specialized production, Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry has achieved near-flow production for various vessel types, including refined oil tankers, large crude carriers, container ships, and marine engineering projects.
To further boost productivity, the company has expanded its operations by establishing sub-construction bases, armored parts factories, hatch cover production centers, and superstructure facilities outside the main shipyard. This approach allows for outsourcing intermediate components, transforming the once-closed shipbuilding model into an open, assembly-based system that supports faster construction.
Recent achievements highlight this progress. The 110,000-ton oil tanker built for the Danish Tom Company completed its underwater phase in just 102 days, breaking the previous record for its series. On June 27, the 14th 35,000-ton product oil tanker was launched in 82 days, setting a new benchmark. Additionally, the third 110,000-ton crude oil vessel for China Changhang Nanjing Changjiang Oil Transportation Company was delivered 15 days ahead of schedule, with a trial period lasting only 5 days—its fastest ever.
This increased speed has not only boosted capacity but also opened up room for new orders. In the first half of the year, Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry secured 32 new contracts totaling 4.73 million tons, placing it among the top four shipyards globally in terms of order backlog. This marks a major milestone in the company’s ongoing transformation and growth strategy.
