Manufacturing Process: Pipes complying with GB/T 6479 are typically produced through hot rolling or cold drawing, depending on the desired mechanical properties and application needs.
Heat Treatment: For wall thickness less than or equal to 30 mm, normalizing followed by tempering is recommended. For thicker sections, quenching and tempering or normalization and tempering may be applied to achieve the required strength and toughness.
Inspection and Testing: Comprehensive testing includes chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, flattening test, expansion test, impact test, macroscopic inspection, non-metallic inclusion evaluation, non-destructive testing, surface inspection, and dimensional checks.

Standard Lengths: 4000mm, 6000mm, 9000mm, 12000mm, etc.
Maximum Unfolded Length: Up to 30 meters. Additional processes such as U-bending, finning, and nailing are also available upon request.
Surface Options: External shot blasting to remove scale and create a matte finish, or surface polishing for further processing like fin trimming.
