I. Project Overview

In order to ensure safety during construction, this safety technical measure was formulated and it is expected to be implemented.

Second, the construction organization

In order to strengthen the organization and leadership of the mine rectification work, a rectification leading group was established.

Third, construction measures

1. The construction team should carefully inspect and deal with all unsafe factors on the construction site and transportation route, and lay the roof slabs for 20 meters near the construction site. After the temporary support is secured, the construction personnel can be safely constructed. .

2. Before construction, the construction team shall prepare all kinds of supporting materials, and maintain the normal ventilation of the original roadway to prevent harmful gas from exceeding the limit.

3. During construction, the construction site and nearby debris must be cleaned up, and the wind, water pipes and other facilities must be protected to avoid damage.

4. After the completion of each cycle of construction work, the construction team should clean up the blocks and debris in the roadway.

Fourth, the project construction requirements

1. Temporary support

The single hydraulic prop is used as a temporary support, and the temporary support column spacing of the working surface is 1.0 m. The local dangerous rock is supported by a point column or a point column plus a picking beam. Firstly, after the top wall is smashed, first make temporary support, then hit the anchor. After the permanent support is in place, remove the temporary support, so that the working surface is not empty.

2, permanent support

The permanent support adopts bolt support, the bolt type adopts resin anchor rod, the spacing of the bolt row is 1.2mm×1.2mm, and the roadway wall is arranged in the “Samsung” shape. The anchor eye must be arranged coal middle parting layer and a pitch of 1.5 m; support must be encrypted when exposed top face, helped rock fragmentation. When the roof is broken, it is supported by the "work" steel frame, the top of the box girder is topped, the raft has no gap, and the ends of the "work" steel must be added; each frame must be stabilized. 3, support materials

Resin anchor: ф18mm × 1700mm end anchored threaded head anchor.

Anchor concrete soil pallet (length × width × height): 250mm × 200 mm × 18 mm, center hole ф23mm.

Resin anchoring agent (roll): ф32 mm × 300 mm

4, anchor installation process

(1), anchoring eye

The bolting eye uses an anchor machine. (3) Quality requirements for support

2. The anchor requirements are perpendicular to the rock stratum or the main fissure surface, and the angle between the anchor and the roof or roadway contour is not less than 75°.

3. The anchor rod must be double-capped and tightened. The exposed length of the thread is 10~30mm. The concrete pallet is close to the top plate, and one pad and two caps are fastened.

4. The anchoring force of the anchor must reach 5 t or more. If it fails, it must be re-filled.

5. The pallet must use the center hole Ñ„20mm, otherwise it must be double-shielded and double-cap.

6. Tightening the bolt nut must use a torque wrench, the tightening torque is not less than 100N.m3, strict engineering acceptance system, and the unqualified project must be reworked, so that it is qualified.

V. Construction safety measures

1. The handover class must be handed over to the class leader, the team leader and the various types of work, so as to hand over tasks, hand over measures, hand over equipment, hand over safety, and pay quality. If there is a problem, it can't be handed over, and the quality of the project can't be handed over. The handover class must be handed over to the successor, so that the successor has a good idea and set up a handover record.

2. Strictly implement the knock-on top system. When each type of work enters the work place, it is necessary to check whether the work place and the surrounding area are safe. After the shift, the squad leader should check the safety situation freely and outwardly, deal with the hidden dangers, and then enter the head to help the top. When you hit the top of the question, the top and back gangs are in turn. Work can only be carried out after the live coal is removed and the safety is confirmed.

3, live top treatment: strengthen the roof management, often observe the surrounding rock changes, such as the continuous loss of coal (碴), film gang and other signs of roofing, should quickly withdraw personnel, and timely report to the dispatching room, wait for the roof to stabilize Take measures to deal with it, and it is strictly forbidden to take risks.

4. It is strictly forbidden to carry any ignition items and flammable and explosive materials into the wells. It is strictly forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes.

5. Dust-proof laying fire-proof water supply pipelines according to regulations, and regularly flushing coal dust in roadway.

6. Set the gas management board at the entrance of the roadway, check the data and fill it in the board, and report to the ventilation schedule in time.

7. When the gas alarm alarms and winds stop, the tile inspection workers, ventilation workers and follow-up leaders must organize personnel to evacuate and report to the dispatching room and ventilation department in time.

8. The underground mechanical and electrical equipment should be “three noes”, “four haves”, “two in one”, “three full” and “three insistence”. The cable laying must comply with the provisions of Articles 468 and 469 of the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines”. The downhole personnel are strictly forbidden to hold the cable to prevent electric leakage and injury.

9, the follow-up electrician must strengthen the explosion-proof performance inspection of electrical equipment, must eliminate the phenomenon of electrical explosion.

10. Drivers of all equipment must be certified to work and strictly implement the handover system.

11. The operator must undergo safety training and study carefully. After passing the examination, they can be employed.

Six, organizational measures

1. Strictly implement the on-the-spot system with the captain of the mine manager, on-site command, and take full responsibility for the safety of the shift and the quality of the work.

2, must arrange 1-2 experienced workers to personally operate, one person full-time "viewing the mountain", found that the danger is immediately dealt with.

3. During the construction period, the inspectors of the class should pay close attention to the construction situation in the roadway, and find measures to take exceptions in time and notify the dispatching room.

4. The safety supervisors of the class must strictly check the safety situation and project quality of the shift to ensure safe construction and project quality.

7. Disaster prevention and avoidance routes:

(1) Fire and gas disaster avoidance routes and measures:

In case of fire, depending on the nature of the fire, the ventilation and gas conditions in the disaster area, immediately take all possible methods to directly extinguish the fire and control the fire. When the electrical equipment is on fire, the power should be cut off first. Only the non-conductive fire extinguishing equipment should be used before the power is cut off. In the process of fire extinguishing and fire extinguishing, it must be unified and commanded by the squad leader, under the supervision and supervision of the ventilator and safety supervision personnel, and the full-time clerk should be designated to check the harmful gas and wind direction, the change of air volume, and take measures to prevent personnel poisoning. At the same time, the dispatcher is dispatched immediately. If the fire cannot be controlled, all the personnel wear the self-rescuer and evacuate quickly in the direction of the wind. All personnel in the fire-fighting evacuation process must follow the command of the inspector.

When the gas explosion occurred, all the personnel put on the self-rescuer and quickly evacuated in the direction of fresh air. If the personnel cannot withdraw, all personnel should face the direction of the detonation wave, squat down on the floor of the roadway, and quickly wear the self-rescuer. After the detonation, evacuate the disaster area as soon as possible and wait for the rescue at a safe place.

(2) Water disaster avoidance routes and measures:

When a work surface or other location finds a permeable warning, it must immediately stop the operation, take action, issue an alarm, evacuate all personnel at the flood threat location and immediately report the dispatch.

(3) Roof accident measures:

Frequently check the roof top support and support situation, find problems in a timely manner, can not be dealt with immediately, must be evacuated to a safe place to report the mine duty personnel, unsafe places are strictly prohibited to enter.

If the roadway is blocked, the unblocked personnel should report to the mine dispatch in time, including the scope of the fall, the number and location of the blocked, and actively carry out the rescue.

All trapped personnel should immediately maintain the roof and send a rescue signal.

Fire, gas, coal dust avoidance routes:

Construction site → two levels down the mountain → one level down the mountain → the ground.

8. Other unfinished matters shall be implemented in accordance with the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines", "Operational Regulations for Coal Mines" and relevant regulations of mines.
