This copper wire recycling machine is designed to efficiently recover copper from scrap cables and wires such as automobile wires, communication cables, and other types of copper cables. It consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, among other components.

Copper Wire Recycle Machine Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve. Larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed material (a mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator. During this process, dust and light-weight plastic pieces (such as fiber, rope, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. When the bag is full, the collected dust and plastic are discharged.
  3. The vibrating separator separates plastic pieces and copper granules based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and upwards, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and downwards. Both are finally discharged through separate outlets.
  4. All components are installed on the underbed to form a complete system. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
