Copper Wire Recycle Machine Processing Procedures:
  1. The wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. The appropriate mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector equipped with a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. When the bag is full, the collected dust and plastic are discharged.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate the copper granules from the plastic pieces. Due to differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials move differently under aerodynamic and vibration forces. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move upward and downward, eventually being discharged through separate outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame to form a compact structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for operation before shipping, requiring only a power connection upon installation.
