Vehicle Acquisition Guide (Taking the Airport Pickup as an Example)

There are two ways to get a car:

A. Take a free shuttle bus to the car rental company’s store outside the airport to pick up the car.

1 Please look for the "Car Rental Car Shuttles" sign in the terminal and follow the instructions to arrive at the free shuttle bus stop. Of course, some airports may also be writing Rental Car Centre.

2 Free shuttle bus to the dock

3 Select the shuttle bus with the car sign for your car rental service. Show your pick-up order to the driver. You can carry the luggage with your partner and take the free shuttle bus to the car dealership.

4 Arrive at the car dealership to collect the car

B. The car rental company's counter in the airport terminal directly handles the pick-up procedures and picks up the car at the airport.

Please follow the airport signs to the car rental counter inside the airport.

Car rental procedures:
After you arrive at the counter, please show the following documents (the main driver must apply in person):
1) Original passport;
2) Original driver's license in China;
3) Chinese driver's license in English (If using a foreign driver's license, please cooperate with the corresponding "International Driver's License");
4) Printed car bills;
5) For international credit cards (VISA or MASTER), credit limit must be at least $1000 USD.
After that, the staff will sign a rental contract with you (please keep the original contract).

Signing a Car Rental Contract Please read the contents of the car rental contract and the relevant value-added service items in the contract carefully. If you have any questions, please immediately ask the staff of the store and confirm. After confirming the correctness, please sign. The staff will provide you with a car rental contract, a fee list slip, and a car key (please take care of keeping all contracts and documents).

※ Please also pay special attention to the return time. Under normal circumstances, it is possible to return the vehicle to the dealership within one hour after the specified return time. But once more than one hour, the dealer will charge you a full day full insurance fee and three hours rental fee - this is almost the cost of the new day. So please plan your time when you travel.

※ Other common value-added services:
1 Buy a box of fuel (Prepaid Fuel)
According to the terms of the rental agreement, you must purchase a box of fuel when you pick up the car, and the related expenses will be frozen on your credit card in the form of pre-authorization. Full oil began to use the car, return the tank as far as possible to return the tank, excess fuel vehicles will not return the difference, usually one-time purchase and pay the corresponding tax;
2 Upgrade models (Upgrade)
In the case that the pickup store has the original scheduled vehicle supply, if you choose to replace it with a more advanced vehicle model group, you will have to pay the corresponding upgraded model cost. The upgraded model will generate a corresponding rental difference, and the store will freeze the corresponding rent difference in your credit card. The amount of pre-authorization will be settled when the vehicle is returned. It is usually a one-time payment and the corresponding tax must be paid.
If you are forced to upgrade because the car dealer does not reserve the inventory of the model, you do not need to pay for the upgrade. Please pay attention!
3 Toll Road Pass
Car dealers generally also ask if they want to buy Toll Road Pass. According to our experience, if you choose to go to Florida by car, we strongly recommend that you buy it, and other than that, you may not need to purchase it. Because Florida's Toll Road does not receive cash, if you do not purchase Pass, you will have to pay a $25 fine each time you cross a toll station. Other regions can be purchased according to actual needs. Typically, Toll Road Pass charges approximately $10 a day for unlimited use of Toll roads.

Pick up/check vehicle:
Please extract your vehicle according to the vehicle information (models, etc.) on your contract form. Vehicle information is written on the parking lot's ground and signs. Before you drive, check the vehicle for damage. Such as the vehicle's switch, lights, fuel tank (whether full of oil), turn warning lights, wipers, spare tires and body scratches, etc., to confirm that your vehicle does not have any malfunction.

After you finish the vehicle inspection, please go back to the lobby and return the vehicle description form to the staff (or to the box).
