Hey everyone,
This is something that came directly from Josh Boyajian. He shared some images from the Spartan ERV website showing the chassis and ladder setup for one of the new aerial trucks that Chicago is getting. To be honest, it’s quite surprising—this doesn’t look like your typical tower ladder at all. From what I gather, Spartan seems to refer to this type of rear-mounted aerial as a "rear mount platform."
