Kailuan Jingtang Port Coal Chemical Industry Park produces more than 7,000 tons of industrial wastewater per day. To make coking wastewater waste without abandoning, Kailuan Coal Chemical Industry Park invested more than 24 million yuan. In April 2009, the advanced wastewater treatment project began construction and was completed and put into operation in November. The set of coking sewage advanced treatment device has an hourly sewage treatment capacity of 280 tons. After the project is put into operation, the coal chemical park can reduce the emission of COD (chemical oxygen demand) by more than 300 tons per year, and can save 7200 tons of fresh water every year. The efficiency is nearly 6 million yuan.
At the same time, Kailuan Coal Chemical Industry Park also invested 14 million yuan, and cooperated with Beijing Ao Ruizhen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to research and develop technical processes for the treatment and reuse of the waste water of the reverse osmosis concentrated water and circulating cooling system of the thermal power system. The medium-water reuse project with a processing capacity of 300 tons per hour enables the industrial waste water discharged from outside to reach the industrial raw water quality standard as a supplemental water for the production cycle cooling water system.
Kailuan coal coking wastewater realizes "zero emission"
Recently, the advanced coking wastewater treatment process developed by Kailuan Energy Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sander Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. was put into operation in the Jingtanggang Coal Chemical Industry Park to achieve zero discharge and reuse of coking wastewater.
