JTEKT has recently announced its plan to introduce sealing materials specifically designed for bearings used in automotive engine accessories, marking the launch of a new product line called "RM Sealing Materials." These materials are tailored for applications that require high-speed rotation, offering both low torque and excellent sealing performance. The RM Series is engineered to deliver long-lasting sealing efficiency by increasing the interference amount, which enhances the contact pressure between the seal and the bearing. Additionally, the sealing lip features an M-shaped double structure, ensuring consistent sealing performance over time.
