The company is now concentrating on developing a single, high-performance electric bike model: the TOP. Starting November 1st, the company will discontinue the production of all its B2C models, including the Prime (a Guinness World Record holder), the Offroad (named Electric Bike of the Year in 2019), the TOP 2.0 (bestseller of 2019), and the Cross Dirt (often referred to as Sur Ron’s competitor). In preparation for this transition, Delfast has launched a special big sale event, running from October 1st through October 31st.

For Delfast's co-founders, Daniel Tonkopiy and Serhii Denysenko, this strategic decision aligns with their vision for long-term success. The unprecedented challenges brought by the pandemic prompted the company to reevaluate its priorities and focus on what truly drives growth. Although sales across all models had been on the rise, the leadership team chose to pivot entirely toward the development of their most popular product: the TOP electric bike.

“Our choice is rooted in solid business logic,” Daniel explained. “The TOP contributes to 81% of our sales, so we’re doubling down on making it the best electric bike possible.”

Moving forward, Delfast will channel all its resources into refining the TOP model. The goal is to elevate every aspect of the bike—its power, speed, design, comfort, and even its technological features—to unparalleled levels. This move aims to deliver an exceptional electric bike experience that exceeds customer expectations.

This new direction doesn’t impact Delfast’s commitment to its customers. Orders placed before or during the sale will still be honored and shipped as scheduled. Customer support and warranties remain intact, with the company offering a lifetime warranty on all 2020 electric bike models.

Notably, the company’s B2B model, Trike, will continue to be produced and sold as originally planned. Additionally, the development of the specialized TopCop electric bike for law enforcement agencies remains unaffected, as it represents a unique adaptation of the TOP model for professional use.
