The SFM-16 is a UL/CSA certified compact dual-shaft planetary vacuum mixer designed for efficient and uniform mixing of slurry materials. Compared to single-shaft models, this mixer features three programmable speed segments ranging from 0 to 600 rpm, ensuring consistent mixing performance. It includes an integrated vacuum pump capable of reaching -0.08 MPa, effectively removing air bubbles during the mixing process. Ideal for preparing battery electrode pastes and various ceramic materials in research laboratories, the SFM-16 is a reliable and high-quality mixing solution.

Mixing Container
  • One 150 mL stainless steel vacuum sealed container is included (minimum loading required is 50mL)
  • Dual helical ribbon mixing blades are built on the lid of the container.
  • 500 mL SS container is available at extra cost

  • Vacuum Level: -0.08 ~ -0.09 MPa

  • 3.5" color touch screen control allows easy setting of parameters such as mixing speed, mixing time, vacuum on/off

    • Mixing Speed: 0 - 600 RPM and 3 segments programmable
  • Note: Max. mixing speed depends on slurry viscosity. Max. 10000 mPa.s is allowed at 600 rpm. Lower speed will be required for more sticky slurry
