Densen Group Architecture:

Casting Service:

Casting is a manufacturing process where a liquid material is poured into a mold with a hollow cavity of the desired shape and then allowed to solidify. New Densen offers various casting methods such as investment casting, sand casting, permanent casting, die casting, low pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Materials can include steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals. The weight range for single components is from 0.01 kg to 150 tons.

Forging Service:

Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. New Densen provides open die forging, closed die forging, and ring forging services. Materials handled include steel, iron, and non-ferrous metals. The weight range for single components is from 0.1 kg to 50,000 kg.

Stamping Service:

Stamping, also known as punching, involves placing flat sheet metal into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. New Densen-XBL has over 60 sets of stamping equipment and serves several well-known automotive companies. It offers full processes from blanking, stamping, welding, to electrostatic spraying for global customers.

Welding & Fabrication Service:

Welding and fabrication involve cutting, bending, and assembling metal components through welding. New Densen offers manual arc welding, laser welding, and robot welding. Available inspection methods include UT, MPT, RT, PT, and WPS & PQR under client requirements.

Machining Service:

Machining involves cutting raw materials into the desired final shape and size using controlled material-removal processes. New Densen-XBL has over 60 precision machines, including CNC centers, boring, milling, and lathing. It also has over 300 inspection instruments, including 3 CMMs with μm-grade accuracy. Tolerances can be maintained at 0.02 mm. Certifications include ISO 9001-2008 and ISO/TS16949.

Third Party Inspection:

New Densen acts as a third-party inspection center, offering process inspection, random inspection, and pre-delivery inspection for material, mechanical, internal defects, dimensional, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, visual inspection, and testing. Weekly project follow-up reports with pictures and videos are provided, along with full quality inspection documentation. New Densen also acts as a third-party inspection representative for certain customers when their products are manufactured by other suppliers.
