As seen around … Fire Service, Inc.

Hey everyone, I just got back from the Fire Service Inc. open house held on a gloomy September 9th in St. John, Indiana. It was quite an eventful day with a lot to take in, and I managed to snap some quick cell phone photos while I was there. Karl Klotz shared these images, and they really capture the essence of what went down. One of the highlights was definitely the arrival of the new Engine 32 for Homer Township. They’ll be taking delivery of it very soon, which is super exciting for them. On top of that, University Park is also set to receive their brand-new E-ONE engine. Interestingly, they’re still working on a second E-ONE engine too. There were a couple of other demo trucks on display as well, including the old Lincolnwood Truck 15, which brought back some nostalgia. Take a look at these photos. The first one shows a demo E-ONE fire truck, and it’s clear why these vehicles are so sought after by departments. The next image features an older Chicago Pierce ladder truck, which has a certain charm to it. You can almost imagine the countless calls it’s been to over the years. Then there’s the former Lincolnwood fire truck, a reminder of how much things have evolved in firefighting equipment. The following set of photos showcases the new fire engines for the University Park Fire Department. These vehicles look absolutely impressive, especially with their sleek designs and advanced features. There’s another angle of the same engine, giving you a better sense of its size and capabilities. And lastly, there’s a group shot of some used fire trucks, which serve as a testament to the durability and longevity of these machines. Finally, we have the new fire engines destined for Homer Township. Each one looks ready to tackle any emergency situation that comes their way. These images really highlight the dedication and investment that goes into modern firefighting, ensuring that communities remain safe and protected. Hope you enjoy the photos! Let me know if you have any thoughts or questions about them. Best, [Your Name]
