1. Indicator
Equipped with a NAMUR-compatible position indicator, making it easy to mount accessories such as limit switches and positioners.

2. Pinion
The pinion is high-precision and integrated, made from nickel alloy steel, fully compliant with the latest ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Custom dimensions are available, and stainless steel options are also offered.

3. Actuator Body
Constructed from extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005, the body can be treated with hard anodizing, powder polyester painting (available in multiple colors like blue, orange, yellow), or PTFE/nickel plating based on application needs.

4. End Caps
Die-cast aluminum end caps with powder polyester paint in various colors, or finished with PTFE or nickel plating for enhanced durability and aesthetics.

5. Pistons
Featuring twin rack pistons made from die-cast aluminum with hard anodizing or cast steel with galvanization. These pistons offer symmetric mounting, long service life, fast operation, and reversible rotation by simply flipping them.

6. Travel Adjustment
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts allow precise 5° adjustments in both open and close directions, ensuring accurate positioning.

7. High Performance Springs
Preloaded coating springs made from high-quality materials for corrosion resistance and extended cycle life. These springs are easily removable and adjustable to meet different torque requirements.

8. Bearings & Guides
Made from low-friction, long-life composite materials to prevent metal-to-metal contact. This ensures smooth operation and makes maintenance and replacement straightforward.

9. O-rings
NBR rubber o-rings ensure reliable performance at standard temperature ranges. For extreme temperatures, Viton or silicone o-rings are used to maintain seal integrity.
