The blaze started just before midnight in the 2700 block of North Pulaski Road, near the rear of the building. Firefighters responded quickly, and the situation was escalated to a 3-11 alarm, with hazardous materials units also deployed. Residents in the surrounding area were advised to stay indoors due to heavy smoke and potential chemical exposure.
