The rafting operation speed is slow, affecting the pupil period, and the surface accuracy of the processed pedestal is not high. Due to the high requirements on the inner wall of the U-shaped groove, it has to cost tens of thousands of yuan. After processing by the external unit, it will be processed on the ship by using the raft. To this end, the assembly department gold processing team and the process group understand the technical parameters of the raft, and use the milling cutter instead of the alloy turning knives to design a new type of raft. The rafting speed is fast, the plane finish after milling is also high, and the processing time of each raft pushing base plane is also shortened by 5 days.
