1. The LQRY Hot Oil Boiler Thermal Oil Hot Oil Pump is suitable for heat-conduction oil or other hot oils with a temperature of up to 370°C.

2. It features a rational structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, and long-term stable operation without leakage under high-temperature conditions. It is designed for transporting non-corrosive, high-temperature liquids without solid particles, using direct air-cooling systems.

3. This pump is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, rubber, leather, food, grease, boilers, construction, road maintenance, pharmaceuticals, plastics, synthetic fibers, textiles, printing, and dyeing.

 

Seal Type:

1. Combines packing seal and mechanical seal. Packing uses high-temperature resistant materials, offering good thermal adaptability.

2. Mechanical seal utilizes high-strength, wear-resistant carbide material, ensuring sealing performance even at high temperatures.

3. Poly tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lip seal offers significantly better sealing performance compared to rubber seals, with a reliability increase of 25 times and excellent corrosion resistance.
