1. Before the orifice plate is installed, check whether the throttling device number and size meet the requirements of the pipe installation position.
2. Newly installed pipeline system must be installed after the pipeline is flushed and cleaned.
3, pay attention to the orifice plate installation direction "+" number should be toward the stream.
4. The orifice center should coincide with the centerline of the pipe. The concentricity error must not exceed 0.015 (1/β-1).
5. When the orifice plate is installed in the pipeline, its end face should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, and the verticality error must not exceed ±1°.
6, in order to avoid the transmission of differential pressure signal distortion, positive and negative pressure tube should be placed as close as possible, cold areas should also take antifreeze measures. Electric or steam insulation can be used, but to prevent the measured medium overheat vaporization and gas in the pressure tube caused by false differential pressure.
7. Orifice plate flow meter must be installed tightly, no leakage phenomenon is allowed. Therefore, the installation work must be carried out before the pipeline pressure test.
8. The pressure guiding pipe shall be laid vertically or obliquely, and its inclination shall not be less than 1:12. Higher fluid viscosity, its inclination should also increase. When the differential pressure signal transmission distance is greater than 3 meters, the pressure guiding pipe shall be inclined in stages, and the air collector and the settler shall be installed at each of the highest point and the lowest point.
9. The pressure guiding pipe is made of pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials according to the properties of the measured medium. The inner diameter should not be less than 6mm, and the length should be within 16m.
10. When the orifice plate is installed on the vertical main pipe, the position of the pressure port can be taken and it can be arbitrarily selected on the plane of the pressure device. The plate is installed in a horizontal or inclined main pipe.
