The vehicle was developed based on DeLong F3000 technology. We used 6×4 drive form and vehicle configuration to select Weichai energy-saving and environment-friendly LNG natural gas. The engine IV emissions are mainly used for LNG developed areas such as North China and Northwest China, and LNG developing regions such as South China and East China. Shaanxi Automobile Delong F3000 LNG cement mixer power up to 380ps, using WD12 diesel engine as a prototype, the new design of piston, valve seat and other internal components, maximize engine power, the maximum speed of up to 85km / h. The vehicle is fitted with a 375-liter LNG carrier bottle with a self-boosting system. The intake pipe uses a six-cylinder central intake, changes the fuel supply system, increases the electronic control system to control the fuel supply and ignition, and increases the signal generator. Engine mounts, cooling system interfaces, power output systems, air compressors and injection valves, exhaust system interfaces, and lubrication systems have all been optimized. Matching multi-speed high torque transmission gearbox, M7.5T drive shaft, Mann planetary double drive axle, can transport 10m3 bulk cement, is one of the main products of LNG series bulk cement trucks.
The Shaanqi Delong LNG Cement Mixer increased the low-speed inflation efficiency, increased the low-speed torque, and reduced the fuel consumption rate.
