The RCDE series of oil-cooled electromagnetic iron separators are designed with advanced transformer technology from the 1990s, featuring an internal oil circulation system within a fully sealed structure to dissipate heat effectively. These separators offer strong magnetic force, resistance to rain and dust, anti-corrosion properties, continuous operation, and a long service life, making them ideal for protecting equipment such as grinders and crushers.
The main performance and specifications of the separator meet or exceed the standards set by JB/T7689-95, allowing it to separate ferromagnetic materials weighing between 0.1 kg and 25 kg from non-magnetic substances. In addition to the features of air-cooled magnets, these units include a pressure relief valve, filling hole, drain plug, and oil level gauge. For enhanced magnet power, a heat exchanger can be installed to improve cooling efficiency, resulting in a 10–15% increase in performance.
