The principle of advanced technology

Description of the process
1.
After the wind transport, cleaning, removing of iron, the raw materials enter the crusher. All the crushed materials must be approved by magnetic separation.

The raw material crushing
 The Hammer Mill, after cleaning, removing of iron, the raw material enter the crusher, increase the ability of pulverization, reduce the waiting time of the staff, improve the production of the crushed material.
3.
The granulation process
  After magnetic separation, the material enter the granulating chamber, then after cooling and other steps, the material become finished product, the power which need to re-granulate back to the pellet mill. The particle machine uses the American CPM company technology to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
4.
The packing of the finished product
After artificial packing scale, weighing, conveying, and sewing bag, the powdered or granular finished product send to the finished product warehouse.

In order to ensure the quality of the particles, the reliability of automatic control system and the dust concentration in the work environment, we also equipped with compressed air system, dust removal device is used in the dust concentration area.
