3. Transmission System: Our gearboxes use a tri-axis structure that combines reduction and torque distribution. Bearings are from NSK or SKF, offering reliable performance and flexibility.

4. Screw RPM: Standard twin-screw extruders operate between 400–600 RPM. We recommend selecting the appropriate RPM based on the material being processed.

5. Screw Design: All screw parts are modular, allowing L/D ratios from 28 to 60. This makes it easy to adjust the screw configuration for various polymer processing needs. The screws are made of high-speed tool steel, and we offer custom kneading elements, mixing elements, and gear discs based on years of experience.
