The YQ32 series hydraulic press is a versatile machine composed of the main body and control system. It includes a frame, main cylinder, elimination cylinder, hydraulic system, transmission mechanism, upper and lower limit switches, and an electrical control cabinet. The transmission system consists of a fuel tank, high-pressure pump, low-voltage control system, valves, and electrical components, designed according to hydraulic principles. Through preset settings, it can operate continuously using pumps, cylinders, valves, tanks, and pipelines.

The drive and power systems are centralized. The pressure machine and the control button managed by PLC allow for adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes. Pressure, stamping speed, and travel can be adjusted based on requirements.
