IRG type single-stage hot water pump | single-suction hot water circulation pump | stainless steel hot water pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is suitable for heating, hot water, air conditioning systems, and various industries such as metallurgy, rubber, printing and dyeing, and sugar making. This pump is designed to transport media with a temperature not exceeding 180°C and an inlet pressure not higher than 0.8 MPa. Product Usage The IRG type single-stage hot water pump is ideal for applications involving heating, hot water, and air conditioning systems. It is also widely used in industrial settings such as metallurgy, rubber processing, printing and dyeing, and sugar production. The pump is specifically engineered to handle media with temperatures up to 180°C and inlet pressures below 0.8 MPa. The pump body is rear-opening, allowing maintenance without disassembling the pump body, suction, and discharge pipes. The shaft seal can be either packing or mechanical seal. Bearings are rolling bearings lubricated with thin oil. There are two types of pump covers: one with internal water sealing holes and another with external water sealing. The user must specify which type is needed when ordering. The direction of rotation of the IRG type hot water pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end. Main parts material of the IRG type hot water pump: generally gray cast iron. Complete supply of the IRG type hot water pump includes pump, motor, common base, coupling, check valve, gate valve, low valve, spout cone. Whether it is equipped with a spout pipe depends on the pipeline device, and the user must specify this when ordering. Working conditions 1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system high working pressure ≤1.6MPa, i.e., suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be proposed separately at the time of ordering so that the overflow part and connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel material during manufacturing. 2. Ambient temperature <40°C, relative humidity <40%. 3. The volume of solid particles in the medium to be transported does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2 mm. Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the factory adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal.
