Our Industrial light oil burner includes YX single stage and YX_DSG two stage types, designed with a similar structure to the Italian brand BALTURE. These burners are ideal for steam boilers in various industrial applications, offering high efficiency and energy savings.
The burner is composed of five key systems:
1. **Air Supply System**
This system delivers air at a specific speed and volume into the combustion chamber. It consists of components such as the burner shell, fan motor, impeller, blower gun fire tube, throttle controller, damper, CAM adjustment mechanism, and air diffuser plate.
2. **Ignition System**
The ignition system is responsible for igniting the air-fuel mixture. It includes the ignition transformer, electrode, and electric spark.
3. **Monitoring System**
This ensures safe and stable operation by monitoring flame, pressure, and temperature.
4. **Fuel System**
The fuel system ensures proper oil combustion. It includes tubing, connectors, oil pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, and, if applicable, a heavy oil heater.
