Features
Applicable Substrates: Synthetic fatty acid glycerides, gelatin, glycerol, polyethylene glycol (PEG) suppository shapes such as type, torpedo head, duck mouth, and other special shapes.
Process: Roll packing film (PVC, C/PVPE, double aluminum composite membrane) is fed into the equipment for molding. High-precision metering pumps automatically fill the suppository shells with liquid. After filling, it forms a suppository particle, which is then cut to the preset length and cooled in a cooling device. Once solidified, it proceeds to the sealing and plastic packaging stage, including batch number application, and finally is cut to the desired shape.
