Features
Applicable Substrates: Synthetic fatty acid glycerides, gelatin, glycerol, polyethylene glycol (PEG) suppository shapes such as type, torpedo, duck mouth, and other special shapes. Process: Roll packing film (PVC, C/PVPE, double aluminum composite membrane) is fed into the equipment after molding, where it is filled automatically by a high-precision metering pump with the liquid mixture. Afterward, the suppository particles are cut to the preset length and cooled in the cooling device. Once solidified, they proceed to the sealing and plastication stage, then further cut to the final shape.
