Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Supports rolled plate and strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line using a frame, main shaft, drum, and brake system.

Available in three types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-welding

Function: Cuts the end of each strip coil and welds them together to ensure continuous production of the pipe making machine line.

Two types available: automatic and manual.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Stores the strip to maintain continuous production for the metal tube-making machine.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Easy to operate, low investment. Ideal for small size and light wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and risk of crease.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Stores the strip to ensure continuous production for the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.

Type: Horizontal

Advantage: Large storage capacity.

Disadvantage: More expensive than vertical type.

Step 5: Forming Section

Function: Forms the tube from the strip.

Advantages:

Step 6: High Frequency Welding

Function: Welds the pipe with different thickness and diameter, depending on the power of the HF welding machine.

Our advantage: We use the best Chinese welder, the Sanyi brand.

Step 7: Sizing Section of Pipe Making Machine

Function: Sizes the tube to precise dimensions.

Advantages:

Step 8: Flying Saw

Function: Cuts the tube to the desired length.

Advantage: Easy to operate, low investment.

Disadvantage: Noisy, cutting section may generate burr.

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Cuts the tube to the correct length.

Advantage: No noise, no burr, high precision and clean cross-section.

Disadvantage: Price is four times that of a regular flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table

Function: Runs out the pipe and packs it for the tube making machine.
