2. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Transportation and Transportation jointly determine the testing organizations responsible for the detection of fuel consumption of heavy commercial vehicles, and endorse their fuel consumption inspection reports; set up a joint working group to jointly supervise and manage the fuel consumption inspection of heavy commercial vehicles.
The confirmed testing organization may carry out the fuel consumption test of the working conditions or the fuel consumption test of the road synthesis method when conducting the sample vehicle inspection. If it is necessary to carry out the fuel consumption of working conditions and the fuel consumption test of the road comprehensive method together, the inspection shall be carried out together.
