Application
The ZYD Double-Stage Vacuum Insulating Oil Purifier is an innovative design incorporating advanced domestic and international technologies. It is widely used for processing transformer oil and insulating oil in power plants, power stations, electric power companies, power transmission equipment, transformers, and industrial and mining enterprises. This equipment is especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance, and purification of high-level new oil or running oil from large power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on the national main power grid, which are above 110-750KV. It significantly reduces the oil treatment time required for transformer installation and maintenance.
Features
1. Equipped with a double-stage high-speed vacuum system and a multi-stage vacuum analytical separation system, it can quickly remove water, gases, impurities, polar substances, and other deteriorated materials.
2. Utilizes three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology to efficiently separate water and gases from the oil, rapidly increasing the breakdown voltage to over 75KV.
3. Incorporates a complex high-speed degassing spiral flow structure, dual-channel oil-gas separation technology, and redissolution technology in anti-oil gas separation to quickly remove various organic hydrocarbon gases, ensuring no acetylene or hydrogen remains in the oil.
4. Features carbon fiber infrared heating, grouped ultra-low surface load, PID constant temperature control, and dual-temperature flow protection technology. The machine includes diameter-increasing oil flow direction turning overflow technology to prevent "dead oil areas" and overheating.
5. Uses a multistage high β-value compound filtration system and linear coupling filter seal to effectively remove even the smallest mechanical impurities.
6. Includes a specially designed low-noise oil pump that meets environmental protection requirements.
7. Supports online oil filtering, allowing unattended operation, and can also be used for vacuum oiling and drying hot oil in transformers.
8. Equipped with advanced infrared liquid level auto-control, auto-defoaming control, pressure protection, and safety interlock systems to ensure long-term, safe, and reliable operation.
