Application
The ZYD Double-Stage Vacuum Insulating Oil Purifier is an innovative product that integrates advanced domestic and international technologies. It is widely used for processing transformer oil and insulating oil in power plants, power stations, electric power companies, power transmission equipment, transformers, and industrial and mining enterprises. This machine is especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance, and purification of high-level new oil or running oil from large power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on the national main power grid, which are above 110-750KV. It significantly reduces the oil treatment time during transformer installation and maintenance.
Features
1. Equipped with a dual-stage high pumping speed vacuum system and a multi-stage vacuum analytical separation system, it can quickly remove water, gases, impurities, polar substances, and other deteriorated materials.
2. Utilizes three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology to efficiently separate water and gases from the oil, rapidly increasing the breakdown voltage to over 75kV.
3. Features a complex high-speed degassing spiral flow structure, oil-gas separation dual-channel technology, and redissolution technology in anti-oil gas separation, effectively removing various organic hydrocarbon gases and ensuring no acetylene or hydrogen in the oil.
4. Incorporates carbon fiber infrared heating, grouped ultra-low surface load, PID constant temperature control, and dual temperature flow protection technology. The internal design prevents "dead oil areas," overheating, and drying.
5. Uses a multi-stage high β-value compound filtration system with linear coupling filter seals, effectively filtering even the smallest mechanical impurities.
6. Features a specially designed low-noise oil pump that meets environmental protection requirements.
7. Supports online oil filtration without supervision and can also be used for vacuum oiling and drying hot oil in transformers.
8. Equipped with advanced infrared liquid level auto-control, automatic defoaming control, pressure protection, and safety interlock systems to ensure long-term, safe, and reliable operation.
