1. The particle board production line uses wood chips, branches, bagasse, bamboo, and other wood waste as raw materials. These are mixed with urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and pressed under high pressure to produce man-made boards with a density of 680-800 kg/m³.

^ Key Steps

1. Chip Preparation Section
Raw materials are processed into qualified chips using a drum chipper, then transported to a chip bin and fed into a knife-ring flaker to create flakes, which are stored in a wet flake bin.

2. Drying and Sifting Section
Flakes from the wet flake bin are sent to a rotary dryer. Qualified core flakes are stored in a core flake bin, while oversized flakes are re-crushed and transferred to a surface flake bin.

3. Glue Regulation and Application Section
Core and surface flakes are mixed with glue in separate mixers to ensure even distribution.

4. Forming and Pre-Pressing Section
Surface and core flakes are fed into a forming machine, laid evenly on a mat conveyor, and processed through metal removal, pre-pressing, cutting, and loading before being sent to the hot press.

5. Hot Pressing
The base board is pushed into the hot press by an automatic loader. After pressing, the board is cooled and removed automatically.

6. Cooling and Trimming Section
Rough boards are cooled in a star cooler and then trimmed to become finished particle board, stacked on a hydraulic lifter.

 

7. Cutting Section
After trimming, the board is cut to the desired size.

 

8. Sanding Section
After cutting, the board is sanded three times and then stacked and classified.
