The test mission was undertaken by the newly established Zhejiang Institute of Marine Power Research, and the assembly workshop was fully coordinated. For this type of machine, technicians have made a series of improvements in injection systems, injection points, gas pipeline connections, etc., in addition to building a platform for natural gas gas.
The test starts from the pure diesel mode, and the propulsion characteristics are first carried out under low load conditions. The gas injection quantity is controlled by the EFI control system to gradually increase the gas replacement rate. During the lifting process, the diesel engine is running stably, fuel consumption and exhaust temperature are effectively controlled, and the use of natural gas greatly reduces the emission of harmful gases.
