1. Sheet Applications:
These sheets are widely used in optical, home appliances, construction, decoration, furniture, advertising, handicrafts, and other industrial and consumer sectors. The multi-layer co-extrusion sheet and plate line can produce various compound sheets and plates such as PP/EVA/EVOH/PP; PP/PE/PS; PMMA/ABS, etc. Multi-layer co-extrusion sheets are commonly used in food packaging, drink containers, jelly, cosmetics, and other household products.

2. Sheet Extrusion Line:
Extruder: Choose an appropriate single-screw extruder (with or without vent) based on the material type. The specially designed screw and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.

**Screen Changer and Mold:The hydraulic screen changer ensures quick and leak-free screen changes. The mold structure should be selected according to the material type, and clothes-rack-style molds are widely used to regulate flow distribution and ensure even thickness of plates.

 

**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:Choose an inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machine depending on the plate thickness. The temperature controller operates independently, and the gap between the rollers can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special angle adjustment design to ensure excellent calendaring results and uniform thickness.

 

**Cooling Roller Bracket:Equipped with guide rollers for better cooling. An edge-shearing device ensures fixed width and quality of the sheet edges.

**Online Edge Cutting Device, ensuring smooth and uniform edges, with waste material that can be reused for production.
**Online Crushing and Recycling Device for cutting waste, turning it into small flakes.

**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:
