1. The chamber is made of transparent material, allowing operators to observe the tested samples and the spraying process clearly.

2. A waterproof structure between the cover and body prevents salt spray overflow.

3. It features a tower spraying system with a salt solution filter and non-crystal nozzle for even distribution of salt spray and adjustable settlement.

4. The control system uses a high precision P.I.D. temperature controller with an error of ±0.1°C.

*Automatic/manual water system automatically adds water when the level is low, ensuring the test continues without interruption. Water level warning ensures safe operation.

    *Precision glass nozzle (PYREX) made from special glass, evenly spreads mist and naturally falls on the specimen, lasting up to 4000 hours of continuous use, preventing crystalline salt obstruction.

    *Double over-temperature protection, over-temperature warning display, and cutoff of heater power ensure safe operation.

    *Inlet temperature controller using digital display, PID control, error of ± 0.1 ° C.

    *Laboratory using direct steam heating, fast heating, and even reduce standby time, heating tubes with high corrosion-resistant titanium tubing.

    *Spray tower attached to the conical dispersion, with oriented fog, the function of regulating the amount of fog and uniform loading amount of fog.
