The position indicator with NAMUR is designed for easy mounting of accessories such as limit switches, positioners, and more. It provides a clear visual indication of the actuator's position.
The pinion is precision-engineered and made from nickel alloy steel, fully compliant with ISO5211, DIN3337, and NAMUR standards. Custom dimensions are available, and stainless steel options are also offered for enhanced durability.
The extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 body can be finished with hard anodizing, powder polyester paint (available in various colors like blue, orange, yellow), or PTFE and nickel plating, depending on application requirements.
Die-cast aluminum end caps are available in multiple finishes, including powder polyester paint, PTFE coating, or nickel plating, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance.
The twin rack pistons are manufactured from die-cast aluminum with hard anodizing or cast steel with galvanization. They offer symmetrical mounting, long service life, and fast operation. Reversing rotation can be achieved simply by flipping the pistons.
Two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts allow for precise 5° adjustments in both open and close directions, ensuring accurate positioning control.
Preloaded coated springs are crafted from high-quality materials to resist corrosion and extend cycle life. They can be easily removed and replaced to meet different torque requirements by adjusting the number of springs used.
Manufactured from low-friction, long-life composite materials, these components prevent direct metal-to-metal contact, making maintenance and replacement straightforward and efficient.
NBR rubber o-rings ensure reliable operation within standard temperature ranges. For extreme temperatures, Viton or silicone o-rings are available to maintain performance under harsh conditions.
