Product Description

The 2BV5 131 liquid ring vacuum pump is designed for use in extrusion lines and EPS foam machines. It features a compact structure, making it easy to install without the need for additional chassis. The pump is directly connected to the motor, which simplifies the setup process and reduces space requirements. This pump operates on the water ring principle, where the impeller is installed eccentrically inside the pump body. When the pump starts, the working fluid forms a concentric liquid ring inside the casing. As the impeller rotates, this liquid ring pulses between the vanes, allowing gas to be drawn in through the suction port and discharged through the exhaust port.
