Since the gantry manufactured by domestic manufacturers could not meet the needs of Yuchai's multi-functional test, Yuchai experts put forward a bold idea in 2006: Yuchai independently developed and designed the pump simulation test rig. At the beginning of 2007, the pump simulation test bench project team was established. The chief mechanic of the stock division, Tan Baixin, personally headed the team leader. The project members were composed of experts or technicians from the manufacturing technology department, technical center, maintenance center and quality department. After nearly a year of hard work, in December 2007, the pump simulation rig was finally launched. It is now possible to carry out flow, pressure, lift, cavitation and efficiency of the pump or the whole machine (diesel assembly) at the set temperature. test. At present, the development team is making final adjustments to the gantry. It is expected to be officially put into use in January 2008.


Most of the sensors used in the gantry are imported, and all test methods are designed in full accordance with national standards. According to the "JB/T8126.1 ~ 8126.2-1999 internal combustion engine cooling water pump industry standard" performance test, the results show that the accuracy and stability are far higher than the industry standard, in addition to the installation of pumps and tubes, the entire test process is compiled The program automatically measures, records, and stores data for maximum flexibility and full compliance with engine cooling testing requirements.
