Modern false twist texturing (DTY) machines are equipped with up to four nip roller feeds per texturing position. Nip rollers have a major impact on the drawing process and therefore exert a direct influence on the quality of the textured yarn. Our products ensure a significant reduction in power consumption while maximizing productivity.
Stop twister is used in the false twisting process of synthetic fibers and is intended to prevent twisting. Therefore, it is also called a non-twist wheel. There are two types: metal with hard chrome plating and ceramic.

Fatal crash in Prospect Heights, 8-27-22>
From the Prospect Heights Fire District:
At 0549, Prospect Heights Squad 9 was dispatched to a vehicle fire at the Motel 6, located at 540 Milwaukee Avenue. As they were en route, the call was upgraded to an accident with entrapment. Additional units were dispatched, including Battalion 9, Ambulance 9, Chief 900, Wheeling Ambulance 23, Ambulance 24, Engine 23, Tower 24, and Mount Prospect Truck 14. Multiple reports indicated that the car had struck the levee wall and ended up in the Des Plaines River. It was later confirmed that there were individuals in the water, possibly children. A swift water response was deployed, including Wheeling Battalion 24, Dive Squad 24, Dive 63 and Squad 63 from Des Plaines, as well as a boat from Lincolnshire-Riverwoods.
The crash occurred just south of the Motel 6, at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and River Road. Upon arrival, firefighters found an SUV that had crashed through the guardrail and plunged over the concrete levee into the river. One occupant was ejected, while others were still inside the vehicle. First responders quickly set up ladders on the levee and descended to the car, where they extinguished the fire before beginning a shore-based search. The ejected individual was pronounced dead at the scene. No additional victims were found during the river search.
The Des Plaines River levee is a concrete structure running along the east side of Milwaukee Avenue, extending from Palatine Road to just north of Euclid/Lake Avenue. It is approximately 12 inches thick and extends several feet below ground level to prevent erosion. Above ground, it varies in height from a few feet to over ten feet. At the location of the crash, the levee was about 5-6 feet tall. It appeared that the impact may have shifted the top of the wall by as much as two inches closer to the river.
Photos from the scene show the extent of the damage and the emergency response efforts. The incident highlights the importance of rapid response and coordination among multiple agencies in such critical situations. Local officials are investigating the cause of the crash, and the community remains on high alert for any further developments.
