Since the machining parameter setting of the cutting machine is generally adjusted by the gear, for example, the pulse width adjustment of the power supply of the TP series is divided into 16 steps. Therefore, the selection of processing parameters is a combination problem. When the model between the processing parameters and the process index is established, for each parameter combination, the combination of the processing parameters can be obtained by directly calculating the model.
